TriPeaks Solitaire uses a single deck of 52 cards, 28 of the cards are dealt into 3 piles. The remaining cards are left in the deck and can be played one at a time.

In the options page it is possible to select 'Auto' this allows the cards to automatically transfer from a pile to the waste pile when selected and valid. If 'Auto' is off then the player has to manually drag and drop the cards to the waste pile, a card that is not valid is returned back to it's original position.

The aim of the game is to move all of the cards to clear the TriPeak piles by moving the cards to the waste pile. A card can only be transferred from a TriPeak pile to the waste pile if it is either one up or one down of the waste pile card regardless of suit, only uncovered faceup cards can be transferred.

Only one deal is allowed, once all of the deck cards have been used if there are any cards left in the TriPeak piles then the game is lost.

If all TriPeak piles are cleared then a winning message is displayed.
